Here’s your drill:

    Mountain climber:

    alternate your legs, sliding one knee up to your chest, then the other.

  • 2
    Diagonals:

    slide your right knee to your left elbow, and vice versa.

  • 3
    Tuck slide:

    squeeze your knees together and bring them both to your chest at the same time.

  • 4
    Diagonal tuck slide: 

    keeping your knees glued together, now slide them up to your right elbow and back to the starting position, ready to slide to your left elbow.

Workout complete? You abs-olute champion!
