We’re Dalton Wong and Kate Faithfull-Williams, authors of The Feelgood Plan. Pleased to meet you!

The feelgood philosophy is simple: when you feel good about yourself, you look your best. The Feelgood Plan shows you practical, positive ways to maximise that feelgood sensation and feel happier and healthier every day.

DALTON WONG is one of the world’s leading performance coaches and the founder of Twenty Two Training, a boutique gym in Kensington, London.

I’ve spent 20 years coaching thousands of clients into healthy habits, so I know what works and what doesn’t,

Dalton has trained Jennifer Lawrence, Amanda Seyfried, Kit Harington and Nigel Slater, plus royalty, business leaders and politicians.

Here’s what Dalton’s clients say about him:

‘Dalton taught me how to eat, move and live a delicious but healthy life.’ Jennifer Lawrence

‘Dalton is the person I turn to. He is the only personal trainer who understands what my body needs.’ Kit Harington

‘I love Dalton’s philosophy of living well.’ Amanda Seyfried

‘Dalton Wong is a genius.’ Nigel Slater

KATE FAITHFULL-WILLIAMS is a health writer, studying nutrition. Previously health editor of Grazia magazine, her work has also been published in The Sunday Times Style, The Observer, The Daily Mail, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Stylist, Fabulous, Now, Look, OK and Men’s Health.

‘I’m a big fan of chocolate, wine, and sitting on the sofa elbow-deep in a vat of peanut butter,’ says Kate. ‘So I like to balance those not-so-healthy habits out with exercise, cooking good food and getting lots of sleep.

And I’m realistic enough to know that the only way I’ll fit a workout into my day is if it’s quick – a 15-minute circuit is only 1% of my day.

‘Ultimately, The Feelgood Plan is for busy people like me, with desk jobs, social lives, families, and a weak spot for dessert.

It’s full of tips for eating well (you don’t have to love kale), fitting fitness in (you don’t have to be a gym bunny), and generally making your healthy intentions happen. I hope you like it.’
