‘I’m a big fan of chocolate, wine, and sitting on the sofa elbow-deep in a vat of peanut butter,’ says Kate. ‘So I like to balance those not-so-healthy habits out with exercise, cooking good food and getting lots of sleep.
And I’m realistic enough to know that the only way I’ll fit a workout into my day is if it’s quick – a 15-minute circuit is only 1% of my day.
